First, and I think as it turned out only, photo with a funky pig we spied around the town.
First meal (of many eatings). Saturday lunch bravely outside, Las Iguanas. We had just purchased a mills and boon book second hand from the market and we were starting to read it aloud a page each while we awaited our meal. It became quite the thing to do on our trip and I thoroughly enjoyed the entertaining side of it and how we could all partake of it!
Sedan chair outside Sally Lunn's house. I had a photo taken there when I was a fair bit younger and we visited Bath so fancied recreating.
Sunday morning, a slightly drizzly walk around town to see the Circus (above) and Royal Crescent (below). Love it! Apparently first curved architecture of this sort.
Taking a turn about a Georgian garden. I thought it a pleasant find.
Assembly rooms - loved them. What a nice place to have a ball or a wedding reception. We stopped for morning coffee and a little more Cristiano and Bethany.
Queueing up for entry into the Thermae Bath Spa with some more of Italian's One Night Stand Love Child. This was one of the main reasons for our visit and we did the twilight package. We spent the time there with one of the girls who was also in our dorm at the hostel.
I am lucky enough to have tried 2 other spas before: Caesar's Palace and Malvern Spa. Our package allowed us 3 hours and I don't think we could particularly have spent more time there whereas I could at the others as there are nice loungers to hang out on there for a time. I did really like the rooftop pool at Bath, fun to be outside looking out over the city and hills. Also the four different scented saunas were fun. And I enjoyed the food we got!
Monday Morning breakfast out. Trying and mainly failing to get a group shot!
Journey home. Loving the fields of sunshine (oilseed rape).
